Item was as described, it is arrived with box, charger, cable and ears. Good delivery time.

I tempi per comprare (e restituire i prodotti) sono più che accettabili. Peccato per il primo prodotto ricevuto che nonostante fosse classificato come nuovo, è arrivato con problemi. Fare il reso cl rimborso è stato molto semplice e gratuito. Il secondo prodotto arrivato era realmente come nuovo. Peccato anche i telefoni non siano venduti nella confezione originale, e senza accessori originali. Inoltre l'imballaggio dei prodotti è decisamente migliorabile. The times to buy (and return products) are more than acceptable. Too bad for the first product received that despite being classified as new, it arrived with problems. Making the return and refund was very simple and free. The second product arrived was really like new. Too bad also the phones are not sold in the original packaging, and without original accessories. Furthermore, the packaging of the products can be definitely improved.

Adhesive tape to attach battery inside of phone! Less than one year of use and my battery died. The technician found that the battery had been attached with regular adhesive tape to the inside of the phone. No way!

We made an order on 7th of December with estimated delivery on 16th of December. When the package had not been delivered, we asked where it is, as on our profile there was no information only - sent out on 10th of December. They asked us to wait until 23rd of December which we did. On 23rd December we asked again and received answer that they will open investigation ONLY if a copy identity document will be send and a signature that we will not accept the delivery if it is coming during investigation. Only then they are considering to give our money back (which was almost 400 EUR) or send another appliance in place. I have no words to warn you NOT to buy there anything. Organization and communication is under any level! We were very excited about their idea, but unfortunately they have ruined out Christmas and we are not sure if we will get our money back. Also- sending identity documentand a signature? hello?! Identity theft risk much!!!!

If you are selling in BACKMARKET, please be very careful.

Because you may get returns of smartphones with the defective parts that are not originally from your sold device.

We are a group of suppliers that are selling in BACKMARKET. In the beginning, we were selling pretty good, but now this situation has changed and our goods come back damaged. We often get goods back with scratched backs/screens and with parts that have been swapped out. To prevent the stealing of parts, we put in none-removable stickers inside of the devices to prove devices have been opened. Loads of customers on BACKMARKET are also not consumers, but shops that buy devices to use as spare parts for their own broken devices. They will use any part, even screens, back panels and SIM trays to make their own devices as good as new.

And what does BACKMARKET do to protect you? Nothing, as they do nothing and will just credit the consumers and ignore your complaints so they will have their profit. They will also keep your money in their virtual wallet to be sure they are protected against any complaints of consumers and can refund them immediately.

So watch out. If you are getting more returns as of lately, you should be careful and inspect all devices upon return. If you have any similar stories or experiences, please share them with us. In case you think another seller should read this, please forward this message to them.
