Amazing company and guys behind it, recommending to everyone.
I have been working with Backbone.direct for over a year from now, evolving from a single dedicated server to colocation to a full rack straight from the datacenter they are in. They are still my primary connectivity provider in terms of virtual circuits to other datacenters, IX ports and IP Transit. Cannot applaud them enough for giving me the resources and tools to grow.

I am Backbone.Direct client. Almost had no issues with them, support is fast enough. Connectivity is affordable and reliable.
They also offer colocation and DC2DC service.

I’ve been working with BackboneDirect…
I’ve been working with BackboneDirect for several months, primarily using their IP transit and colocation services, and the experience has been consistently excellent.
The support team is highly skilled and reliable and often available late into the night. They have worked closely with me on several issues to solve technical problems and spent countless hours helping me set up the network and racking Servers.
The prices are very fair and offer good value for money for the quality. In addition, their expertise in hardware was very helpful as they gave me practical and insightful recommendations specific to my needs.
