Shit house company. Absolute avoid at all cost. Spent nearly 2000$ on a chair and was such a muck around back and forwarding giving false dates and we missed our birth date and was left in the lurch without a product we paid for. Utter joke of a company do not buy anything from this place

I recently purchased JetKids Bedbox. I enquired if the product & the colour was in stock as other online stores were back ordering it. They not only had the product but also provided the best price in the market. their communication was very quick & clear & the product was delivered to me with in 1 business day. I had a great experience shopping with them online.

I ordered a couple of items online. They were in stock and due to be shipped within a few days. One item arrived a week later and subsequently received notification that the second item had shipped. Three weeks passed with no item delivered, no response to any of my email enquiries and no answer to any phone calls.
I resorted to leaving a google review, which they found time to respond to even though they have no time to answer emails or answer the phone. After many apologies they promised to ship the item the following day with a small "good will" gift to apologise for their appalling customer service.

I did not care for the gift, but appreciated the gesture. The item arrived without the apology gift, so the "sincere apologies" are feeling very empty. I mentioned this to them but they insinuated that I must be mistaken as they definitely packed everything.
I will never use this business again.

I purchased this trailer (Thule Courier Bike Trailer and Dog conversion kit), having been recommended to me by an e-bike store as one of the best to add onto my e-bike (that would hold the weight of dog). The postage was reasonable (to the outback) as well as excellent customer service. I'd recommend that anyone looking at baby gear (eg a rural, regional or remote location) would do well to consider this store as an option.

As a single female, living in outback Australia, with dogs that weigh 35kg and 45kg – it will also be incredibly handy as an emergency “pram” that they fit into incase they hurt themselves and cant walk; eg so I can walk to the vet with them in it and navigate the home and stairs, without lifting such large dogs. I don’t need to call in anyone else to help me. I can also run one alongside the trailer and have the (lazier) bullmastiff in the trailer while bike riding. Multiple options and (after unpacking), incredibly well made! Pups love it too!

Bought a "SWEET DREAMS CO SLEEPER" from Baby Village recently, Unfortunately the wrong product was delivered. Contacted Baby Village, and within a week I had received the correct product.

Fast Shipping, excellent customer service, fast replies on inquiries, and good quality product.

100% recommend Baby Village, and will definitely be a returning customer.
