I have been forced to give this one star so that I can write this review.
Please avoid this website. DO NOT ORDER FROM IT. I ordered a cot in early November 2021 and it still has not arrived with no response from them as to when I might receive it. It is disgraceful service.
This site is a scam - they took payment in November for a baby cot, and have never responded to an email since. I have had to try and get the money back via my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
scammers, do not reply to e-mail, do not send the order, there is nothing more than to make report to the garda.
Website is a scam ordered cot in July after being repeatedly told there was an issue with order and it'd be delayed to August then delayed to September then to October at which point we asked for a refund only to have them stop responding to emails when legal action was threatened they responded to say they would find out where it was and would reply in Monday two weeks ago still no response from further emails. Even went so far as to contact manufacturer of the cot obaby who said the only contact they have with this website is through an email based in France and there was not much they could do.
Update, the travel cot arrived from France! V! I was very concerned that this website is a scam, bought a travel cot and some other things a week ago and the money was taken immediately but I never got any email confirmation of the order or approximate delivery date etc. Since then, I've tried the chat function on the website, no response. Emailed, no response. Phoned, disconnected. Address in Ireland doesn't have a proper postal address.
