****FRAUD ALERT****

First they posted a refund on my account and the proceeded to charge my card continuously thereafter. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED UP!!

I didn't even know who they were until i looked them up.

How they got my credit card info is still a mystery.

It's a challenge to cancel the subscription. It's just not in the App (I've used tons of other apps and know how it's done). I am waiting for the response from support after sending them the second email, which has not been successful so far.
This trickiness looks like a fraud; it does not have to be so complicated. Of course, no emails 'we're renewing your subscription in a week' emails have been sent.
Not great. Would not recommend it. It's taking too much time to get a simple subscription cancellation.

I signed on a year ago hoping it would beneficial. Like a lot of people today, our family have been living it tough. We've been forced to pay more than half our income on rent, and were coming up for a new lease next month. Our life has turned upside down because of this crisis. And now we've been slugged $188AU for basically nothing, this has broken us. We live paycheck to paycheck at the moment and this single company that we signed on to because we were desperate parents; is robbing us. They are refusing to give a refund, even though they know I have never used it. So they have made $238US of me for nothing.

I had purchased a class as a one off on the app. They took my money and never gave access to the class. This was 8 days ago. I have emailed them on an almost daily basis and no one is giving either my money back or access to the class despite my emails. They keep telling me I can access the class on the website but I can’t and I am tearing my hair out. Avoid avoid at all costs.
