Absolutely disgusting, stealing money from customers. I ordered a $300 item in February and it was never in stock, called them to confirm what’s happening and they said yup it’s coming! Now I find out that they have closed. I got a tracking number a month ago but it never sent!? Wtf is that about. Now it’s two months from ordering and still no product and out of pocket. $300 is really hard to come by as a non working mum. I will be following this up legally and expect a refund for all us customers who hav been stolen from

Company has clearly continued to take orders early this year whilst they were in the process of closing. Many customers including myself are now left without the products we ordered and a hole in our pockets!!

BabyO closed their physical and online store and haven't delivered an item I've purchased. I cant find a way to get in touch with them.

If I could do a 0 star review I would. Ordered a $300 item in December to be told it was on back order and due in January. January comes around no item no communication. We followed up with Michelle and she advised it would be in early February and the item would be dispatched ASAP. No shipping come end of February we have been trying to contact Michelle since February via email and Phone call with no response. Website is now closed and FB page deleted seems the business has shut down and we are down $300. Have lodged a dispute with our bank. Disgrace of a business ripping people off

Placed an order a few weeks ago for a cot and never received an update. No response to emails, phone calls and website/social media pages now taken down. Seems as though they've gone into liquidation.

Absolutely disgusting practice continuing to accept orders and payments on the website knowing what the situation was.

To leave customers high and dry when many of them would be expecting a baby soon, needing the thing they ordered and have nothing to show for it and no way of knowing if we'll ever see that money again!

I hope the dispute lodged with the bank will be successful, otherwise we're down $800 and have no cot for baby. Disappointed, upset and stressed is an understatement.

Beware, may be a scam website? Have failed to ship my order for over a week, won't respond to emails and website is now down.

If I could give zero stars I would - I order an expensive item on preorder back in February and still have not heard anything after numerous emails and phone calls with no response. The answer message sounds AI generated. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ONLINE.

My experience with BabyO at Brookvale was the best customer service experience I’ve had for a long time. Debbie was responsive and helpful and came up with a solution to ensure I received the ordered products before Christmas. Ditch the other baby stores you won’t regret it. Very happy customer they will be my go to for baby needs now, Judy

I bought, GB Pockit+ all city stroller for my 3 year old daughter. I spoke to Michelle very accommodating by checking the stock and arrival date of the stroller.
