Faulty Buggy

[Edit] - After 2 months of waiting, I was sent another pair of front wheels directly from the manufacturer, which works as expected. So issue is finally sorted.

Ordered a Mountain Buggy Nano which was delivered on 5th Dec 2024. Good shipping service but the product was faulty. Had issues with one of the front wheel rotation and also the hood lock when folded. Customer support keeps on blaming the manufacturer and told that its manufacturer faults, so they can't do anything (except opening a ticket with them). They also proposed that if we want to send the buggy back, we will have to pay for it. So we are now stuck with a faulty buggy. I had similar model of mountain buggy before and never had any issues but regretting this purchase. Will never buy anything from this website if they can't take responsibility of faulty products.
