I have Sent them pictures of my ultrasound at 10 weeks 6 days and nub was not visisble but baby gram ai predicted baby girl with accuracy rate of 81% and i took sneek peak test at 12 weeks result was baby girl and at 20 weeks had my ultrasound result was baby girl . Prediction by their ai ultrasound was on the spot.
I can’t reply to your comment but that wasn’t even the start of it I didn’t go into my spam folder, I only got an email after I put my review up then you gave me my results, you also said that you had spam attack, which I might add I was understanding and I would never put up a a bad review but i think that’s fair, you did is well ask my to take it down or amend it to be honest with you it completely slipped my head for one I did have a baby in the end so it wasn’t on my radar but anyways have a good day
I was unable to pay here on this site. Then Mastercard was blocked from both myself and my husband... Email sent, never received a response...

Hello, as explained by email, we are not responsible for your bank blocking your card, we have many orders everyday since 4 years and never faced this issue. We use STRIPE which is an internationally recognised payment provider and only accept VISA. This review has nothing to do with our service and it is a bit frustrating to receive the anger of people who did not even use our service. This comment was signaled for moderation.
Baby gram told us we were having a girl at the 13 week ultrasound with 87% certainty. On the photo, the nub was clearly visible. Turns out it’s a little boy… so their « artificial intelligence » program is not so intelligent after all. I understand that they can’t say with 100% certainty but reading other reviews on here it seems like babygram is mostly just guessing.
The nub techs got it right though!

As you said, it is 87% reliable, which means that there was still a 13% margin for error :) We base our analysis on the nub only when the term of the scan allows for it, otherwise it is proven to be less reliable than our technology. You can read again our methodology on www.babygram.me.

Very happy with the service the prediction is detailed and they answered quickly to my questions! They confirmed the prediction given by my doctor so i feel reassured. 🙏
Sent my scan 11 weeks + 3 days and a girl was predicted. I had this confirmed this week to be a girl. So happy with my result :)

Got mine wrong. Told 84% sure I was having a girl and I’m having a second boy
I am allowed to review whatever I think necessary. I paid for a service of a prediction, correct but it was 84% wrong so if I want to rate 1* then I can do. Also I didn’t use this service because I thought it was a game. Thanks for your response.

It is not fair to be rated 1* because our prediction was wrong, please take the time to evaluate our service. Did we document our prediction ? Did we answer quickly ? Did we inform you well about our service before you made an order ? We did all of that :) We never sold a 100% accurate gender estimation so it is a bit frustrating to be evaluated 1* over and over by the 15% of our customer who get their prediction wrong... I understand that you are frustrated about the result but it is part of the service we provide. If you want 100% accuracy you have to wait until 25 weeks and see your obgyn. Best regards,
Fast response, but as I asked a simple question whether they analyzed only 1 photo or 2 (I provided 2 scans from different days), they just don’t answer it!

It is clearly stated on our website that our results especially before 12 weeks of pregnancy are not 100% reliable, we are more between 80-95%. This means that there is a chance that we get it wrong. So I understand that you are disappointed but be sure that we did analyse in detail your scan and tried our best to give you a glimpse on your baby's gender. For your information, only your scan during week 25 of pregnancy can provide you with a 95-100% correct gender prediction and baby birth will tell you 100% sure if you get a boy or a girl :) We are humans who work very hard to provide you science-based services and information, we are indeed perfectible :)
