SCAM, i placed my order 1 december, i was delighted that i was buying from an Irish website, I totally should have investigated more, however their website is topclass and i had no doubts when i placed order. I could see others in ireland buying at the same time, notifications were popping up. I have contacted them numerous times since chasing the tracking, I have received numerous other An post parcels since the 1st so i was curious as to why this one was not arriving. Lesson Learned now and money lost now.
Their chat customer service is top class AI generated. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME
