It is the second time that the client service from BabyDan send me missing pieces for one of my security gate. I had lost those parts and they sent them to me to France free of charges without any hesitation.

I cannot praise BabyDan enough! I was given one of their bed barriers second-hand, but it was missing two parts. When I reached out to them to ask where I could purchase the spare parts, they told me that those pieces weren’t for sale—but then they went above and beyond by offering to ship them to me free of charge.

Their customer service team was absolutely delightful—so friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across a company that shows this level of care and commitment to their customers, even for older, second-hand products.

Baby Dan have an exceptional customer service department who went beyond my expectations to help me. A shining example that many other companies would do well to follow.

I bought a security gate from BabyDan a few years back. After our last move, I noticed that some of the parts were missing so I contacted them to see if I was able to buy just the missing pieces.

They sent me the missing pieces free of charge!

I ordered a Babydan barrier through Amazon. A piece was missing from the package. After contact with customer service, which is very responsive, they sent me the part without delay.
A year later, after moving house, I needed two additional Y part that could not be found online. After contacting this same customer service, they send it to me free of charge.
I recommend Babydan, for the quality of their product as well as their really friendly and responsive customer service.

Swift response to my request for spare parts

We had an inquiry after mounting the BabyDan Hearth Gate Flex XL on the wall and received a very quick and personal response from the customer service (Mona), who was very helpful and found a very nice and quick solution. The hearth gate itself is also very easy to install and offers various possibilities for each individual situation. We highly recommend BabyDan!

Exellent help from Mona Sommer at Customer Service. Quick response and great knowledge about BabyDan products. She also sends some spareparts free of charge. We will for sure buy BabyDan products in the future.

Bought a baby gate but was damaged with machine marks or permanent marker marks over the white panels, raised it as a complaint with the company and provided photos but they just sent a very dismissive reply about how they was sure Argos would deal with the complaint?

Why would Argos deal with it just because it was bought there ? It just meant I had to go there to get it, go back to return it, then go back again to collect the replacement when it was in stock so only person who lost out was me and all the messing about and wasted petrol back and forward to the shops

As you didn't care less about the complaint and just told me to deal with Argos I will just leave appropriate reviews and avoid that brand in future

I reached out to Babydan to ask if i could order spare parts for a baby gate we have in our home.
Without any fuss they asked for my adress to send me the part I needed, free of charge.
And their reply was fast too, same day, within hours of my initial e-mail.

Needed a replacement part for our Alma stair gate that allows it to be screwed to the wall. Couldn’t find a spare part anywhere so contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement part directly from them.

Customer service were amazing and within 5 days had received a whole new stair gate instead of the replacement part I needed, I was very surprised to say the least!

We can now out the stair gate up to prevent our very adventurous one year old scaling the stairs!

Some years ago, we've purchased a safety gate for our first child. When we disassembled the gate, some plastic parts broke, rendering the gate unusable. We still kept the gate and wanted to make use of it for our second child now. The support team at BabyDan has been so kind to send us spare parts free of charge so that we can continue to use the safety gate. That is really great service to us and the environment!

We had an accident with our first order and one of the springs popped off the gate (our fault) I contacted BabyDan for some support on how to repair the gate and they offered to send me a new one, incredible service

We have bought several baby equipment in the past years and everything has worked great. We have also experienced a fast and excellent customer service when we have had queries or had to get hold of spare pieces.
