Excellent car seat delivered and collected as promised. Had a slight hiccup with the refundable deposit which wouldn’t go thru on PayPal but Alison sorted it and refunded to my bank account. Would recommend.

This year was the second time we had engaged with Babycomes2. In the end, between initially reserving two car seats to supplement the one we had been gifted by friends, one of our grandchildren discovered growth spurts and became too tall for the smaller seat size. Our son then shipped his spare seats from the north of Scotland to us in southern England enabling us to collect the whole family from Heathrow using two cars and three car seats. We changed the reservation with Babycomes2 several times in this process. Alison was tolerant and flexible and is currently processing our refund.
As we have found from personal experience, shipping child car seats about the country can be challenging. Once the courier has the package largely it is beyond one's control, particularly at busy times. We are happy to direct friends to Babycomes2 when they want equipment to support their grandchildren's visits. If the need arises for us, Babycomes2 would be our first port of call.

Had the most horrific user experience I've ever had with them.
They weren't able to pick up the items we'd rented on the day that was agreed, and we were all travelling after so we had to keep the equipment for extra days. They then charged me over a 100 pounds for the extra days that we obviously weren't using the equipment for, or needed to. Also charged 18 POUNDS for a regular cardboard box. Not to mention that the customer is the absolutely AWFUL. They sent the most passive aggresive emails I've ever received. Travelling with a baby is hard enough, but dealing with this company was MUCH harder. If you don't want to add way more stress to your travels, DO NOT BOOK!! It would much easier and less stressful to just buy the equipment, and give it away if you don't want to keep it. Really regret not doing that.

Excellent company. Alison was very helpful with our dates, especially as it was over the Easter week and bank holiday. Items were delivered and collected on time and supplied with full instructions. A very good idea for people like us who have visiting children to stay.

The service is very handy, but I wasnt happy with the condition of one of the seats.

I had my family coming over to visit me and I rented 2 car seats. When I opened the box I noticed a mould smell but I didnt worry about it, and I placed the seats in the car following the instructions. All this weekend my car has had a horrible smell... This was fixed by opening the windows, but the most upseting thing was that the back of my 5yo niece was smelly after the trips in the car.

I needed a car seat for my 4 year old niece and 18 month old nephew who were flying in from Ireland. I didn't know what car seats I needed and was struggling to borrow from friends. A quick google search brought Baby Comes 2 up as a suggestion. Their site appeared reputable so I went ahead and ordered.

I am absolutely blown away by how good this company is. They have a really easy to use site with bundles to suit people in my situation. You can hire for as short or long a period as you like, and the customer service is next to none.

Alison was particularly helpful and emailed me back within mere minutes of me asking for help, which I really appreciated as we were heading into a Bank Holiday weekend.

I particularly liked that they sent a courier to deliver and collect the seats and that they sent the manual with them, as I would have had no idea how to install them. They also send a clear documentation that the seats have been checked prior to release back to customers.

Everything was clean and smelt great, and it's clear that this is a company that takes meticulous care.

I will continue to use Baby Comes 2 time and time again and will recommend them to any of my friends in need of car seats.
