Delivery & processing always fast
Processing and delivery is always really fast and accurate. Sometimes it's been just 24hrs from order to delivered, longest it's ever been is 3 days

Misleading, expensive and not helpful
In preparation for my second child I wanted to order replacement teats for my Dr browns bottles. I ordered what I thought was the correct teats, however they were too small. When emailing the staff they suggested a conversion kit which although was compatible with the bottles... I was still left without the correct teats. I then had to email again and they suggested I now send back the teats and place a THIRD order for additional teats. In order to send back the items that didn't fit the bottles I had to pay £7 of my own money for my £38 refund. They do not provide return labels and the address on the box and inside the order is not where to return the items apparently. So no idea why it's printed onto the box? Luckily I sent it recorded delivery but even though it's there mistake they are still not refunding me for the postage.
Do not recommend. And no gesture of goodwill!

brought a baby carrier from baby central, when arrived I was struggling to put the carrier on. I spoke to the customer service via email and they ended up calling me to talk me through step by step on how to put it on - I do understand this is a dumb blonde moment on my behalf however the support I received was amazing and they was very patient with me. very pleased will be purchasing though this company again.
