I received an email about a subscription, stating that an amount would be collected from my bank account. I never created an account, and the previous email I received was a phishing attempt requesting payment for something unrelated. Now, an amount has been illegally withdrawn from my bank account, and cancellation is suddenly only possible via email. The instructions are now in English, even though the original email was written in German.
