I had the most wonderful day — the whole experience was absolutely lovely. We got to meet Santa and then enjoy the most relaxing baby spa, which my baby completely adored. The products you get to use are beautiful, and the setup itself is just incredible.
It makes for such a special day out, made even better by the gorgeous location — we were able to enjoy lunch at Callow Hall afterwards, which was the perfect finish. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to spend some quality one-to-one bonding time with their baby.
Sophie was so kind and welcoming, guiding us through everything and making the whole experience feel effortless and special.

We had the most wonderful experience at Mini Baby Spa! From the moment we walked in, Sophie made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Sophie was incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable, explaining every step and making sure our babies were calm and happy.

This was such a lovely bonding experience, and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this baby spa to any parent looking for a soothing, safe, and memorable experience for their little one :)

We had the most amazing experience at The Mini Baby Spa! as soon as we arrived we was made to feel really comfortable (even though we was a little bit late😂) Sophie was so lovely and came and went through everything again with us. I can not fault the experience whatsoever. Will definitely be returning!

We had such a lovely experience with Sophie at East Midlands baby spa. She was so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and she was absolutely amazing with my little girl. She took her time, made us feel completely at ease, and was so gentle and attentive throughout. My mom & I loved the facial too!!! You can really tell she loves what she does. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Isla and I had the most wonderful experience at the mini baby spa. From the moment we arrived, Sophie was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and welcoming. The massage was very relaxing for isla, and the bath with rose petals felt luxurious and special. Every little detail was thought through, making the whole visit feel personal and indulgent. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already excited to return. Highly recommend!

To ass the products used are trusted brands, very relaxing ambiance for the babies and parents could not recommend the Mini baby spa session enough!

Baby spa was one of the best days of my maternity leave so far! It was very well set up and my little one loved it. Sophie was great with the little ones and got some great photos with us in as well which is a rarity. I attended a session with my two friends and our babies and all three of our babies slept so well afterwards. Will definitely be coming back.

We had the best time! My 5 month old little girl Sofia LOVED it and napped for 2 hours after which was amazing 🤣🩷

We enjoyed it that much we are arranging 2 private sessions with a group of mum friends!

Sophie is so accommodating and makes you feel really comfortable as it can be nerve wracking doing anything with a baby not knowing their mood for the day but it was such a relaxed environment we all loved it!

Baby Spa was an amazing experience and such a lovely idea for bonding with your baby. Sophie was brilliant and made you feel very at ease. The venue is perfect, very calming. We had such a lovely day my little girl really enjoyed it.

A must try experience for you and your little one. Sophie ensured everyone was introduced to each other. Nothing was too much trouble and products that are used smell amazing.

This was just a memorable day, I bought this as a Father’s Day gift and the whole day was just so magical.
Sophie thinks of all the little details and makes you feel so relaxed during the session. I would highly recommend!

Sophie's communication prior to the day & warm , friendly welcome on the day was so lovely & her attention to detail was so evident & most impressive!
My grandson & daughter in law ( who I bought the voucher for as a birthday gift ) enjoyed it so much & I was lucky enough to join them too , Finnley is almost one so keeping him still once he was out of the rose petal & coconut milk bath , which smelt amazing , wasn't easy but Sophie made us feel very comfortable about it & we had some very amusing moments with him with the other older babies so it really added to the experience!
The cute little robes & slippers made for such wonderful photos so memories were made & captured which was so magical , I'd highly recommend this experience it's was so special , thankyou so much Sophie ! X

What a cute little day this was. I was looking forward to the baby spa for over a month so when the day came I was so excited. It was lovely to spend some quality time with my baby… something I haven’t had the chance to do yet with 2 under 2!
The towels were sooooo soft (softest towels I’ve ever felt!) and the whole session felt wholesome.
Hoping to book again.

Absolutely lovely couple of hours at the baby spa. My baby loved it, so I loved it. Beautiful setting, products used on my baby’s skin were lovely. Lovely soft robes and towels and a very cute photo shoot area at the end to capture this beautiful experience. Thank you for making our day special. We had a mummy's and babies day out at the Mini Baby Spa and absolutely loved it! Beautiful building with a gorgeous photo prop opportunity afterwards. We want to come back and do it all over again 🫶🏼
100% recommend for anyone with young babies! It did get a little more challenging for those with babies on the move though so the younger the better 💕
