We have ordered from this site twice now. The prices are unbeatable, the service 5*. Extremely easy communication and personal attitude towards each client. Delivery to Bulgaria - 5 days (from payment to receiving the product took about 10 days in total), delivery to Germany - 3 days (from order to receiving - in total 5 days). I recommend the site to anyone who does not want to compromise on quality and at very competitive prices, because they mainly sell products in the high segment.

Order Elsewhere!
The order was shipped 19 days ago and has been sitting in Frankfurt for 18 days already awaiting international shipping. Customer service is disinterested and just keep saying that it has nothing to do with them instead of contacting DHL to resolve the matter. I would never order anything from this company again as their agents appear to have no understanding of their responsibilities or ability to actively deal with customers' issues when their distribution network fails.
Response to Baby Garage: Everything I wrote is 100% accurate. You would know this if you bothered reading my emails instead of just rejecting facts and suggesting that I had been told it will be just a few more days. I’ll update here again in a few days.

Picky on shipping and supports monopolization
baby-garage.de website does not ship uppababy strollers to the Netherlands (so-called due to large size), yet has no issues sending much larger strollers (even twin strollers) from other brands. This kind of monopolization of the market is a non-ethical practice.
When you ask questions to the customer service, and they reply with single word without any explanation which is quite poor.

Wir haben auf alle Ihre Anfragen höflich und ausführlich geantwortet. Gerne können Sie sich Ihren Kinderwagen an eine deutsche Spedition schicken lassen die dann den Transport zu Ihnen organisiert. Leider können wir aus logistischen Gründen diesen Service nicht anbieten.

We have ordered a Cybex Priam set and the order was done perfectly by the store. They have shipped it very fast to Bulgaria (and in our case free of charge) and they have keep us updated all the way until we received it (which was after 5 working days) . The price was unmached on the market across Europe and they were very professional. We even pay via bank transfer before we receive the product and they gave us 5% discount! Highly recommend the site!

Bought a Cybex Balios S Lux stroller 2023 with accessories on Black Friday. I'm very pleased with the service and communication. The payment via bank transfer was very easy and smooth, with Baby-Garage team giving me constant updates of my order and payment status. Delivery to Greece took longer (3 weeks) than expected (2 weeks) due to DHL delays. Most importantly, all items were well received and without any issues! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great store with great customer service...we had to take longer for our stroller,cause it was long at the delivery of some items,but baby garage always answered all our questions and was very helpful giving us updates about order.....also the stroller producer didn't give us one raincoat,Baby Garage took care of it and we will be delivered one new raincoat in a couple of days.i recommend highly this store.
