Had such a lovely experience with Ellie yesterday, we spent hours in the shop testing out different travel systems. Ellie was super helpful and knowledgeable and I’ll been telling all our friends and family about our amazing experience. They have so many different ranges of prams to suit everyone’s need and budget! We had to go away and think about what we want to choose but our decision was made so easy with all the help we got!

We purchased the oyster 3 travel system in the new colour (pixel) we was very pleased with the pram and car seat, great quality and very stylish, staff very friendly and helpful when making our final decision.

I couldn’t recommend baby 2000 enough, they were so helpful with providing all information regarding our pram system! We never had any issues with ordering and collecting our items the team were so welcoming and it was a nice environment

Recently brought a car seat for my grandchild, was concerned as I find straps and fixings a bit difficult, Ashleigh advised me of a car seat that would make life easier for me, while still having all the safety elements appropriate for my grandchild's age, weight etc.
Brilliant service and very knowledgeable would highly recommend them.

Can’t add much to what has already been said but we visited the other well known baby shops and were very disappointed by all of them. Baby 2000 however was absolutely fantastic and everything we could have hoped for. A very big thank you from both of us.

The order process was very simple. We dealt with Laura throughout who was amazing and so helpful. Laura dealt with all our queries and couldn't do enough for us. Very professional, kind and patient. We at first ordered the Mercedes AMG prams and the quality is to a very high standard. Due to me expecting twins and not wanting a double pram, once we received the first we were more than confident enough to order our second.

This is my second time visiting baby2000 and I have been so pleased with the communication, service and just the way things run.
I emailed and got a time to try a car seat in our car as I was worried the one I wanted did not fit into our small car. Wanted to buy Joie ispin 360 for our Kia Rio.
Arrived and they checked that the car seat has been safe tested for that car seat. Then quickly dried the car seat and got guidance about how it fits what we can move around etc. I was happy with it and within 20mins of slate icing we had a new fitted car seat in our car. So pleased and happy with the information we were provided.
Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely experience had at Baby 2000. From the moment we entered the store we felt we were in very safe hands. The staff at Baby 2000 were able to give us such knowledgeable advice and fully kitted us out for everything we needed. We are absolutely thrilled with our Bugaboo Fox2, Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 and nursery products, all at extremely competitive prices too! Thank you so much to both Laura M and Helen for giving us such a personal shopping experience. Laura was particularly helpful and patient in trying both the pram and testing the car seat in the car, she couldn’t have be more attentive. We cannot recommended Baby 2000 enough and will definitely be returning for everything else we need. Fantastic service!

I have been trying to some up my experience in a few words however I cant.
Me and my wife are currently expecting with our first and Baby 2000 have been more than exceptional in helping us with choosing the right pram. They really take time to understand your requirements and will offer suggestions where possible as we all know Pram shopping can be daunting.
Laura M, Laura A, Wendy and the rest of the team have been amazing, friendly team who really look after you through your experience. As a first time parent, the team have been giving me advice, what to do what not to do which is more than appreciated.
Through out the process the communication has been fantastic. Each time I email in the evening I did not expect a response after 5:30 however Laura M had gone above and beyond to help answer my questions.
If you are in the market for Pram i would highly recommend you visit this great team, you will not be disappointed.

Ps. if you see a cheaper price online, the team are more than happy to review this with you. You may even get a better deal. Don't be afraid to ask.

I had fallen down the rabbit hole of car seats and was completely and utterly baffled trying to find a car seat whciu fit two different cars and our buggy. I was messaging Laura on Facebook and she was so so helpful. I decided once stores reopened it would be good to go in so we can see which car seat fit my teeny aygo and was blown away by the help we received. We tried it in my car and my husband was allowed to practice putting it in and out of the car. We even managed to find an Egg Pram and adapter to triple check it fit that. Nothing was a silly question and they honestly couldn’t have done more to help us. Have already messaged my NCT group recommending them.

Always my go to shop for anything baby related. They really know their stuff. So knowledgable, friendly and helpful. All the best ranges of Prams, pushchairs, car seats, everything you need and at a great price too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, especially for car seats, so happy with my products and the service that I have received.

Baby 2000 had the pram we wanted in stock and the best price online. I had some technical difficulties but got in touch with them and they were so quick to reply and support me with the ordering process, alleviating my anxiety. They kept me up to date the whole time with the order process and dispatch which was reassuring as I was nervous about making such a big purchase online. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Shopping for a pram in lockdown is not easy but the help that I was given at baby2k was phenomenal! Willing to guide you through each of the specifications of different Prams. All very covid safe! I couldn’t ask for more

Baby 2000 were absolutely fantastic with helping me get prepared for the arrival of my little girl. I visited the shop and was seen to my Laura M who helped me throughout my decisions and purchase alongside Wendy. Laura was very knowledgeable about the different prams and their features, along side car seats. The staff were incredibly professional whilst also putting me at ease and caring for me during my visit. I purchased a full travel system and car seat after being given a demonstration of these products. These have been great reliable products to use. I will definitely be revisiting for all of my future baby needs!
