The company is in my opion good
The company is in my opion good, quick delivery.
But i would say i got necklace from Babsthelabel but after 1 wear the closer came loose from the necklace, for now I fixed it but for the price a stronger chain/closer would be better.

I received a faulty item and have contacted the shop several times, but they do not reply to my emails, which is super disappointing.

Unfortunatelly
Unfortunatelly, I had a bad experience buying from this website. I ordered to vases. The vases arrived broken due to insufficient packaging. I sent several emails to customer service to find a solution for this problem. But I never received an answer. I would not recommend buying stuff from this company.

Bad packaging, damaged, poor quality product
I ordered 2 sets of earrings. They were packed in the same box, without paper or cotton wool protection. The material is soft and damaged. When I alerted the brand they are trying to avoid accepting the return. This is not the way to build a brand.
Jammer dat een nieuw merk haar verantwoordelijkheid niet pakt en op een juiste manier een merk bouwt. Foutjes kunnen gebeuren. 2 sets bij elkaar inpakken zonder bescherming, los het dan meteen en zonder gedoe op. Dan volgt er een wervelende review. Dan ben je een sterk merk.

Hallo Kate, wat ontzettend jammer dat je vind dat wij geen retour zouden accepteren. Ik denk dat je onze email verkeerd hebt begrepen. Wij hebben meerdere keren om een foto's gevraagd van de beschadigde oorbellen. Helaas heb ik deze nog steeds niet van je mogen ontvangen. Ook heb ik benadrukt dat wij natuurlijk met een oplossing zouden komen en ze daarna retour kon verzenden. Helaas moeten wij dit bericht lezen dat je niet tevreden bent en ons niet de kans gegeven hebt om dit op te kunnen lossen. Erg jammer!
