Superb service and products from Babol. Purchased a mount for my car and a MagSafe charger for
My iPhone 16 ProMax. Both arrived within the specified time and were of reasonable cost. Products are both manufactured by Brodit who I have been using for years and are of first class quality and design.

Navitel R980 4K ordered from the RAC shop 6 weeks ago.After contacting customer support at RAC for help i was directed to Navitel CZ which was a waste of time.Back to the RAC customer support and then was directed to Babol.Three emails sent to Babol customer support explaining my problem with the dashcam and not heard a thing from them.All i want is the dashcam to work as described on the box.

if you fancy many weeks waiting for the item to rock up which is looking like "made in Mongolia", (it mades the goods made in china feeling absolutely top-notch).
Also, very poor customer service, refuseed to offer any partial refund.

I used this company to order a Brodit phone holder.
The equipment itself is fantastic and I have been using them for many years.

However the customer service I got this time around was appalling. Item ordered on 26th March 2022. No further communication after the initial email confirmation of order. I emailed Babol on 6th April asking what was going on and when I would be receiving my item. I got a reply the same day to say it had been shipped on 5th April and would be out for dispatch on 12th April (why does this take a week??!!). I finally got an email on 12th April to say it had now been shipped but I received no trracking information. Item did not appear so I emailed on 15th April to ask where it was. I got a reply 4 days later on 19th April to say it had been shipped and finally giving me a parcel serial number but when I looked this up on the Royal Mail website there was no information for this tracking number. By this time I was on holiday, and as I use my phone for sat nav, which was the sole purpose for the Brodit phone holder, my teenage son had to hold up my phone for me for the entire 2 1/2 hour journey. You can imagine how well that went down. I saw on my ring doorbell whilst on holiday that an item had been delivered and when I did finally get home (again having to use my son as phone holder) it was in my safe place. It had been delivered on 15th April. I got a reply from Babol on 19th April to say that it was still awaiting delivery! All in all an absolute shambles. I can't believe it took almost a month to get this item to me, with no tracking information and customer service having no idea where my item was as they said it was with Royal Mail awaiting delivery when it had already been delivered. But the real issue was the length of time from order to receiving the item, with no explanation for the delay from customer services. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

Rather than replace my old sat-nav I decided to use my iPhone SE and Waze, which works extremely well, but for that I needed phone-holders for two old Saabs. As I looked around I came across Brodit (I tend to like anything Swedish) and thus Babol. I liked the idea of a 2-part system (a holder for the phone, a custom backplate for the car), figured out which bits I needed and placed my order.

I then dropped lucky and found the holders I wanted (one powered which is excellent, one not) at very good prices on an auction site, so I cancelled half of my order. When the backplates arrived, one fitted very well and easily, the other one didn’t and broke. I contacted Babol and chose a different backplate and that is fine. It took a week or so for each order to arrive, but for custom-made one-offs from Sweden I find that very impressive.

In the end, although I only spent a modest amount of money with Babol, I received very helpful and friendly advice every step of the way. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I recommend them without reservation.
