Please please please DON'T waste your money!!

With a £99 price tag you expect something spectacular.... its quite the opposite! Made in China probably cost about £5 to make if that! My baby wouldn't stay in it for more than a couple of minutes, my sisters baby was the same.

When you're a new Mum, you're desperate for anything that will help ease your baby's pain from colic - babocush sell you this product as a miracle worker and you pay the hefty Price Tag because you would give anything for the health of your baby! But that's not what babocush is about, it doesn't care about helping your baby, it only cares about the money!

We got it to try it out and our baby didn’t really like it. The heartbeat is very fake sounding and vibration is way too strong. I wouldn’t get it if you plan to just try it because returning it will cost you half the money. They don’t pay for shipping and make you pay for everything. I’d suggest trying something else!

Thank god I found this! Absoloute lifesaver- little one wouldn’t settle and meant sleepless nights trying to help his reflux. Luckily saw this online and as soon as I pop him in he calms within seconds- magic!

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the returns policy, they have U.K. and USA returns addresses depending on where you are. I asked about returning mine, did so and received my refund within a couple of days! (Baby was too big for it).

gifted this to my cousin who’s new baby boy has terrible acid reflux and colic - worked amazingly! Was very easy to order and sent direct to her house - would recommend

So happy to have found this product!! I’ve had the cushion for a few months now and I couldn’t recommend it more if your baby suffers from colic! So so relived it comforts him!

We purchased the comfort cushion as were looking for non-medicinal relief for our little one's colic. It really helped sooth him, much to our own relief!

Contacted the company 4 times NO RESPONSE
Even tried to reach out to the USA returns help desk and the business email address NO RESPONSE
I am now writing to their HO in London to ask for both a reply to my enquiry and a timescale for processing refund

Avoid this company. Item faulty after 10 days . They ignore emails and block your messages. Shop elsewhereis my advice unless you want to throwaway over £130

They send you a n unreasonable overprice pillow without any equipment. It costed me 164 GBP including shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY IS CRAZY. YOUR EXTRA COST TO SHIP IT BACK TO IRLAND IS 63 GBP AND THE REFUND IS ISSUED DISCOUNTING 10% OFF ORIGINAL PRICE.

The customer service of this company is very bad and the whole company is managed very poorly.
