Great advice from Jody and excellent customer service.

This was my second time to order from babasafe. Their customer service is 110%.. Jody is so helpful, an 5star asset to this company..
The 5 panel gate I ordered was out of stock and it was less than a week before Christmas, Jody called me and was actually in the warehouse looking around to see what he could send me as I wanted it for my now crawling baby!! Jody had another panel that worked and it was delivered within 48hrs! (To Ireland!) I was delighted.. so happy with this company and the quality of the product, I wouldn't use anything else for baby guards / gates, these are so sturdy, secure, wipeable and so easy to put together..
Need to measure my fireplace next to get a guard for that! Order incoming Jody!!

I don’t know the name of the person who was helping me with my order but they were fantastic. Extremely helpful and very quick to respond. I have an awkward sized doorway and they suggested the product I needed in seconds. I had the perfectly sized safety gate two days later. Fantastic service. 10/10

No Problems. I ordered the gate to fit a wide opening. It arrived well packed and within time expectancy. Easily assembled and works as advertised.

Needed a stair gate before Christmas put my trust in this company and never again. No instructions in the box and not the sizes that were advertised total rubbish, stressful experience. No confirmation email. Order number is: 20009277

The intimidating box states that once it's opened it's not returnable. Is that even legal on this country. Stick to Amazon.

We ordered our fire guard from Babasafe and from the start their customer service has been fantastic.
To ensure we ordered the guard best suited to our fireplace, I used their WhatsApp messaging service to ask for advice and I sent photos of the fireplace and explained the requirements. Dan (a real person!) responded quickly, with both a message and voice note to advise us on the best fit and explained the safety requirements we should be mindful of. After a few messages and voice notes, we decided on the configuration and he sent us the link to the correct fire guard to order. It arrived quickly and the quality fantastic. On fitting we noticed some significant movement, but a quick message and a video sent on the same WhatsApp thread and all has been resolved! Dan called me back straight away and explained how to correctly lock it into place which I then did which reduced the movement almost completely. He also said he would send out some floor brackets to use if we felt we needed to really secure it down. He fully explained the pros and cons to doing this and exactly how to install and remove the brackets. We are honestly so impressed with their customer service and so grateful. Thanks so much Dan!

We were looking for a gate to go across a hallway (near the front door to prevent dog escaping when carers visit multiple times a day), but it had to have a large opening for mobility strollers. The size that we ordered was unfortunately out of stock but customer services sent us an email and offered to ship the next size up asap for no extra charge. Gate is good quality and was easy to install if you can read instructions and know a little diy

We have just purchased a Multifit Fireguard for our new wood burning stove. The guard is sturdy and well made. Throughout our purchase Jody at the company was there to recommend the correct size and help us out. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered immediately. Jody even emailed to make sure the guard arrived and that we were satisfied with it. Jody is a fantastic asset to the company and deserves a Christmas bonus for her efforts!

We purchased a MultiFit fire guard, aided by Jody at Babasafe - she is a superb asset to that company.. being most helpful and proactive (even at the weekend). We are delighted with the heavy-quality fire guard, it is everything Jody said it would be.

Excellent service and product, sought advice off Daniel re customised fireguard for awkwardly sited corner log fire. With benefit of e-mailed images final dimensions agreed on, service prompt and efficient, Daniel very helpful and amenable . Relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions for wall assembled brackets, final assembly robust and tested thereafter with a roaring fire for 6-8 hrs, minimal warmth even then on closest gate rails,ready and safe now to receive 18 m grandchild over Xmas👍

I enquired about Babsafes fireguard options and Jody helped explain exactly what I needed and got back to me promptly via email. After ordering Jody also checked in with me to ensure that I have the product and to check that I was happy. Product itself looks great and is ideal for keeping my boys away from our fireplace.

Decided it was time to fit a fireguard as little 1 was starting to crawl. There are tons of designs and lots of choice on the Internet but very few offer a near custom fit. Babasafe offer wide selection of sizes that fit around a 90cm wide gate to give you access to the fire. Would highly recommend checking them out. I would like to thank both Jody M and Daniel D for answering my enquiries and quick responses.
