Terrible after sales, won't refund even if their fault
my first order went well but the second recent one, I am very disappointed, after I placed the order, out of my several items in the order, one important one (which was the main reason for which I placed the order and added a few other items to save on delivery charges) was out of stock (site still says it is in stock btw) so I requested refund for the whole, which to me was a reasonable request but to them it came as a shock and since then I have been on multiple of their whatsapps, 10s of calls, nothing, every new conversation start they behave as if the site was established just now and they have no information that I had talked about the same issue previously, and their support seems ..... let's say under-trained, they can barely speak coherent english but at the same time would not speak in their native language and the support kept replying the same "k" to every message of mine, how the hell am I supposed to communicate and in middle of the last call, after I gave them the order id (again) she said to hold on and then just cut the call and switched off the phone??
