Beautiful Marjorie footstool.
I’m so pleased I ordered this footstool, I pondered on it for a while as it wasn’t a cheap purchase.
It has turned out to be worth every penny though.
It’s so well made and the quality of the sheepskin is beautiful, so soft and luxurious! I will definitely buy another cover for it in the future, I love the fact that you can do that too!!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service - I don't expect to be hung up on when asking questions about a product in order to ensure I get the correct size.
Twice I have been sent the wrong product by this company, despite phoning them to double check as the sizing on their seat pads is very confusing (and they change the way they measure them which adds to the confusion).
If a company sends the wrong product, I would expect them to cover the cost of the return - but not Baastool - they insist you pay to return their error, they then refuse to sell you the correct one.
Reading other reviews that have complained about obnoxious behaviour, I'm sure Baastools will reply that it's the customer's fault - I was always polite.
Baastools, you have nice products but your treatment of customers is the worst I've experienced.

Your defensive reply and untruths do not excuse your rudeness. It's a shame that a good idea turned into a bad experience.

This feedback is dangerously misleading. It suggests a pattern of poor reviews which is obviously false. I'd hate it to put anyone off ordering from this Great Little British Business.
I would like to clarify the details of this order, as the review does not reflect what occurred.
This customer contacted us for sizing guidance, and I provided clear advice each time. Despite this, the wrong shape was ordered first, followed by the wrong size, even after I explained which option was correct.
All items sent matched the selections made at checkout. They were not sent in error, so our standard returns policy applied, as it does when a customer orders an incorrect item. Despite this 'appalling' customer service Susan continued to order incorrectly from us.
I remained professional throughout and made repeated attempts to help resolve the issue. However, the communication I received was far from polite and became increasingly rude and confrontational. There was even an unpleasant note included in the returned package. I issued a full refund and advised that we would not accept further orders.
We value kind and respectful customers, and we do not tolerate abusive communication.
