I dropped Baa's an email recent after seeing a deep wok featuring on a YouTube video. Within the hour Prishna replied to let me know when they were next due in.
Absolutely true to her word, Prishna dropped me an email when they were back in stock and gave me priority option to purchase. Throughout and even at the point of despatch I was kept fully updated and I was so thrilled when I received the item.
Absolutely fab experience throughout and I'll definitely purchase again from Baa's. The most lovely messages from Prishna which really made me feel valued as a customer
