My withdrawal keeps being denied
My withdrawal keeps being denied. I deposit money from my revolut account which is a virtual account and that has never been a problem but now I want to withdraw my winnings and they keep denying it. Saying I need to send a bank statement which is not possible with a virtual account. Why is it not a problem taking my money from this account number but it is a problem paying out ?

This is update review. Because i received the money finally. Really it's so weird how long you wait for answer from the support
So I ask for help to withdrawal my money to my bank and now they block my account so I cannot access anymore to my account to withdraw the rest of my win I still have 5000.25 € and no body is willing to help.
Only asking questions. I send everything is required and now im waiting 3 days and every day I try to contact the support they start asking the same questions again and I wait than I contact them again. So they ask me again the same questions. And ask me to wait until they contact me .that's really so ridiculous. How is treating a customer.
The only positive thing is when you withdraw they tell you to wait 5 days but the next day you receive the money on your bank . I withdraw two times 3000€ one before midnight and one after and after 8h I receive the 6000€ in the same time on my bank .but the only thing I really don't like it is the miscommunication. With the support ho is really have the function to control my account. And sometimes the support too .
So will change my review and five 5 star's when I receive my money. I finally got my money 💰 on my bank account after 10 days.
