Excellent Costumer Service!
I am pleased with the price-performance ratio for this product. Especially, I found the methods for payment offered by B2computer very comfortable, as they had many (through no PayPal, Klarna, Debit and even Überweisung).
The whole buying and downloading process is made very easy --even for someone like me who know next to nothing about computers.
But, most of all, what really made my costumer experience a happy one, was the quality of the service I received. As it turns out, I bought the wrong license product for my computer (incompatible with my OS operating system) by mistake.
Although it was a bit tricky to get in touch with their Costumer Service, once I did, everything work out really well! They were friendly and very understanding. They even sent me the right version, which I needed (not the one I bought) free of charge!
Overall, I would definitely recommend B2computer not just due to their user-friendly outline and products, but most of all due to the quality of their service :) They really want happy costumers and that is certainly the reason why the get such a good review from me.
