No deposit back after informing them of 2 appointment i cancelled due,to the fact I had a fall ended up with broken rib and unable to attend. Because I had cancelled twice they say no return , basicilyican understand taking deposits because people don’t keep there appointments but I use beauty spot every now and again and I would have thought trying to get there and walking as well with a very painful ody they could make some exceptions

ordered a birthday present and waited over 2 weeks even though it say leaves warehouse in 2-4 days. just checked my tracking and order has been cancelled. no notification and no refund! not at all happy, now in a panic to find the cologne elsewhere in time for the birthday.
