Awful supplier.
Awful supplier.
Had to complain a number of times regarding a refund since I left my old property, all of which have been escalated and none of which have responded in the timeline given by the representatives.
Customer services friendly but all repeat the same phrases as if they are programmed what to respond.
Still ongoing amd having to go through financial ombudsman to resolve
