Unresolved Salary Issue – Over a Month Without Pay
I worked with Behavioral Education and Services Team (BEST) and it has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Despite completing my work and following all company procedures, my salary and final pay have not been released for over a month.
I’ve sent multiple follow-ups, but there’s been no clear update or written statement about when we will be paid. It’s very disheartening and unfair, especially when employees have families to support and emergencies to deal with.
What’s more upsetting is the lack of empathy and accountability from management. Many of us worked with full dedication and professionalism, yet we’re treated as if our efforts don’t matter. No one deserves to go through this kind of uncertainty after giving their time and hard work.
I hope this reaches someone who can take action — not just for me, but for every employee who’s still waiting and struggling because of this.
