AZ Same Day Service is a family owned cleaning and restoration company, working across the Phoenix metro since 1995. Carpet cleaning is priced by the room: 3 rooms $99, 4 rooms $129, 5 rooms $179. A room is any carpeted space up to 200 sq ft, and a space larger than that counts as two rooms. We measure and tell you the number before we start, never at the end. Hallways are included at no extra charge. Same day service is usually available if you call before noon. Beyond carpet we clean tile and grout, upholstery and sectionals, area and Persian rugs, and mattresses. We clean air ducts and dryer vents, treat pet stains and odor, repair and restretch loose or rippled carpet, and handle commercial carpet cleaning, commercial carpet removal and junk removal. For water damage we answer 24 hours a day. Burst pipes, monsoon flooding, toilet overflows, slab leaks and sewage backups. We come out and look before quoting, because no two floods are the same and a number given over the phone would be a guess. Everything is cleaned with a truck mounted steam system. We are IICRC certified and BBB accredited, and we speak English and Spanish. On stains we will tell you honestly what we think will lift and what will not. Red dye, ink and bleach are not always removable, and we would rather say so at the door than promise something and disappoint you.
