Beware, Nawid Habib is involved in this business. He is a well known conman. He has had a lot of companies, seeks investors, delays until he files bankruptcy and moves on to the next project. He has made many victims. Look him up and watch out.

They've already promised to launch the app 3 times and they're always changing their strategy.

I love the idea and was planning to get involved and invest before their official launching, unfortunately due to the lack of transparency and slightly excessive pressure I decided not to move forward.
The strategy of communication "now its not time anymore to talk about it" is very frustrating and the lack of regulations and transparency with statements "its not even investment opportunity, its by definiton speculative" - maybe its enough for someone but I was really hoping for more.
Hopefully they improve this and who knows maybe one day we will find a deal together and i would happily change my feelings and insights also here. :)

For me, Azqira is a really promising startup that offers blockchain-based real-world assets in the hotel industry and the company's team consists of experienced professionals who are very good at presenting their visions. Personal discussions with the Azqira team enable a balanced decision to invest in an area that is (was) actually reserved for commercial investors.

It is admirable that the founders are young and willing to take on challenging projects. However, the type of activity you attempted to sponsor in the UK—where I have been targeted by your ads—is regulated. I have read your legal disclaimer, which clearly states that “Azqira is not a registered broker-dealer nor is it an investment advisor. No information on the Website shall be construed as professional, legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice,” and that “All projects listed on our Website are being offered by the relevant developers of such projects. Any such information on our Website in relation to the same is the responsibility of the applicable developers of such projects.”

Despite this, there are strict rules regarding how this type of marketing should be conducted. Trust me when I say that you are in breach of a few regulations here. I offer this as advice: if you are reported to the FCA in the UK, not only could you face a significant fine, but you may also be prohibited from offering these services to UK citizens in the future. Additionally, the FCA has a duty of care to notify the German financial conduct authority or local regulator (since you are a German company). This could negatively impact any future regulated status for your company.

I strongly recommend consulting a good lawyer who can guide you on how to proceed correctly. Good luck.

As many others, I came to know about Azqira through an ad on Instagram. It caught my attention instantly and from there my research started. I come from a long background of Hospitality and Hotel industry, so it's something I'm already extremely passionate about.

From the very first contact with Jana & Joao, as well as Tom and through everything I've seen from them in LinkedIn, Instagram, Website and interesting articles, my excitement just got bigger and bigger.
