Pros- e-bike vision is a good and reliable company
Pros- e-bike vision is a very good product, test certificate and warranty, the best I could find on the market compatible with my OEM batterie.
Azparts responsive and answer all most my emails and doubts about the product even at late hours. Not a problem to deliver to Portugal, about 2 weeks to deliver, besides beeing considered a danger product ( most German company's refuse to do)
Cons- the discription of the product was not correct on the website saying that was not compatible to panasonic charger, later info corrected by email by AZparts. The costumer followup after purchase can be improved, I have the impression of a honest and professional company.

At all I'm impressed of good and fast communication, fast shipping, best price and the battery was the original one.
The shipped product was with another part number that can't work on my bike (will be replaced with correct one without any cost for me)
