After putting in my order, I noticed that Azazie's internal autofill changed my city to the wrong city after I input my zip code. I was able to call and update it, making sure my order will not be interrupted.

I would recommend azazie to anyone! They have so much selection In sizes colours,fabrics and styles. They are very reasonable and have some of the most flexible policies that I’ve encountered. Costumer service got back to me very quickly to help me work through a minor issue. The company and the person I was in contact with exceeded my expectations ,they went the extra mile to assist me . I’ve recommended Azazie to all my friends searching for reasonably priced yet high-quality bridesmaid dresses. I have been nothing but satisfied with Azazie and look forward to ordering from them again in the future!

Cassy was able to quickly help me with a return label that was not loading. She was also able to help me with a different issue I was having with a previous order. She was very helpful and I was able to get both issues resolved in about 5 minutes!! Great experience!

Ordered dresses for my bridesmaids. They are very good quality but one doesnt fit and one wasn't in stock.

They sent an email to say it was unavailable and they they would cancel the dress on my order but didn't cancel it so I now cannot return the other dress because the system still thinks I'm waiting on the rest of the order being delivered.

I have tried to use the robot which keeps directing me to the returns section which will not work for my order or tell me someone will email me but when I reply they keep bouncing because their emails are not set up to receive.

There is a small return window which has now past so I am left with a very expensive dress for no reason.

Alexis has absolutely amazing customer service! My order was missing in transit and they didn't charge me for the issue which I greatly appreciate!

I bought 5 dresses from their sale and expected them to be broken or something because the price was just so good! They came in very fast, and they didn't look bad at all. I don't understand why they were so reduced; it felt like it was too good to be true. I wish I had bought more dresses when the prices were just 9EUR! I wonder if it was a technical or UX problem. Nevertheless, the best deal I have ever made for a dress. Or five.

I keep checking their website to see if the prices drop again so I can buy more. The dresses are made with love, double-sided, just a dream. I don't get why so many women speak badly of it on Reddit. Honestly.

I wish Azazie a fruitiferous business life.

The service from the Azazie team was excellent and efficient.

The quality of their items is good; however, I sent a dress back. I received a confirmation of refund in my email on Feb 26 that said it would hit my account in 14 business days. That has come and gone. I called today and they said they would check into it and that it could be 10 more business days. That is unacceptable.

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding and it arrived within the promised time frame. Unfortunately, when I tried it on it was not the right dress for me so I had to return it. It was a very easy process. I sent an email to customer service looking for some clarification of the return policy and I received a detailed email back from a real customer service representative. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future!

I order fabric samples and try-on wedding dresses from Azazie. Both orders had fantastic support and the dresses I tried on were amazing quality! Alessandra was an amazing point of contact for the try-on dresses.

This is my second time ordering from Azazie. Dress quality is amazing. Color options are beautiful. Had a slight hiccup with the return process on my second order but customer service jumped in and made it right. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Azazie to bridesmaids.
