We are very happy with our new pergola
We are very happy with our new pergola. We have chosen the Sorara Mirador Classic 6x3m. Everything works perfectly. We can adjust the roof if more sun should comes in or close it completely to stay in the shade. Installation was easy and straightforward. We highly recommend this product.

Straight forward ordering, very good product
The ordering process was straight forward and we received the order within the promised time frame.
After receiving an email from the producer that the garden shed (Biohort-Europa7) has left the factory one could follow the transport via a tracking link. We received a personal call from the transporting company to agree on the delivery date.
Truck driver was very friendly.
The delivery was in several packages.
The construction manual is very clear and it is even for unhandy people no problem to build this garden shed. All necessary tools and a sorting box for screws etc. are included in the order. No extra tools needed. This is very handy and appreciated.
The building process itself was surprisingly easy even though we bought a rather large garden shed . I recommend to include the (separate) ‘bodemframe’ because it adds some stability and simplifies the mounting process. Parts are of high quality and fit perfectly. Very good example for quality made in Europe (Austria). Absolutely worth the money.

Ik ben even in de order gedoken. U had de bestelling 28 februari gedaan en de levering (volgens de track & trace van PostNL) is hij 1 maart om 12:33 bezorgd. Sneller kan bijna niet helaas. Onze levertijd op dit product is 1 tot 3 werkdagen, dit zijn wij (voor zover ik kan zien) netjes nagekomen.
Mocht deze track en trace niet kloppen, dan zou ik dit graag van u horen, want dat zou ik vervelend vinden! U kunt natuurlijk altijd contact opnemen via de klantenservice.
