Cancels order and does not refund

Any time I contacted to ask for a update on the order the customer service representative threatened to cancel it and even went so far as to say that they already had but instead of actually refunding me gave me store credit for something else to start the waiting process all over again. Then accused me of threatening them and said they’d be canceling my order against my wishes. No refund has been issued. I will be taking information to the police. If I could add photos I would show the actual email thread. I am shocked.

This is a plain scam

This is a plain scam. I've ordered 2 bags from them and paid in advance, waited 2 MONTHS for them to be delivered according to the ETA, and after the delivery date passed, I tried to get in contact multiple times but got no reply.
