They are a total scam. Shoes did not arrive. They don’t have a customer service number.

Total scam!!! Arrived two sizes too small and terrible quality- no way or communication to return. Horrendous- avoid the company at all costs!

Cheap shoes - arrived damaged and two sizes smaller than ordered. The customer service is non existent. No returns details. They are a scam company avoid at all costs!!!

Scam company. No response to return requests and sent 3 sizes too small. I will be filing a complaint and getting credit card to reverse charge. Avoid this company

I don’t even want to give this company a 1 rating. The company has no phone number listed. I was waiting for two pairs of shoes to arrive checked status of “track my order” the site said my package was delivered. It was never delivered! I sent an email, I filled the contact form several times and several emails with no response! They took my money and never delivered the shoes!

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Ordered a pair of shoes that looked so nice on Facebook. Should have checked reviews. They were made of what I can only describe as plastic. Contacted company for returns 12 times but no reply. Shoes have been thrown away

I have just read some reviews here for the website and I completely agree with all the reviews. Complete scam and they also delete all the bad reviews from the website. Even though the shoes were sent and arrived, however, the size is completely wrong and no customer service. Nobody responds

My experience has been the same as so many of the reviews I have read (wish I had done my research before buying)
Shoes arrived clearly several sizes smaller than expected. Endless emails sent asking for a return address and procedure to no avail.
Do not buy from Ayemaro, you will be disappointed and out of pocket - don’t waste your cash

Don't order from them. The shoes are too small and don't fit. Took weeks to arrive and then I had no response when I enquired about a refund.

I ordered and receive my shoes, they are far too small despite being my normal size. I emailed the company in French/ English on various emails and contact form. No answer. Poor service from this company !

I agree 100% with the previous reviews on here concerning this company. They are a total scam. I ordered the shoes on the basis of an Instagram post and was totally taken in (rarely happens to me but there you go). The shoes arrived, I had ordered size 38 (my size) but they are at least one size smaller. When I looked up the return details, they say refunds will only be processed within 14 days of delivery, and to return to sender. Instructions are all in French; it provides an email, which I contacted, but I received no response, and in any case, the shoes took over 14 days to arrive as they came from China. This company is a total sham. Avoid.

Following ads on Facebook and insta I ordered shoes- wrong size, poor quality, no return address and no reply to emails. I believe this company is operating fraudulently.

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered shoes from them because they were advertised as orthopaedic. When they arrived, I found them to be incredibly cheaply made and have no orthopaedic insoles. The return policy on the website was in French, and when translated it stated that the shoes should be returned to the sender’s address within 14 days of arrival. The packaging that the shoes arrived in had no return address or packing slip. I have emailed the company and used the contact form on the website several times but have received no response. I strongly urge no one to use this company.
