Hi I found it initial very frustrating dealing with a chat bot, until I was put through to kat who dealt with my enquiry regarding a ticket refund I was requesting regarding a rescheduled Peter Kay concert very helpful.

Terrible user experience, consistently blocked when trying to buy tickets.
Missed out on events because of this, and chosen other ticket providers due to this
They need to sort this out and stop blocking real tickets purchasers being able to do so!

I was rather apprehensive after trying to navigate the axs website/chat etc without success. However after sending an e-mail request for help, I received contact from KAT from Customer Services who swiftly sorted out my e-ticket for Chelsea Flower Show and forwarded it to myself.

I needed to change the seat for a concert happening in August. Generally it is not possible to change the seats once bought [apart from sell your tickets and buy new ones]. However I sent a request to AXS customer services and they were not only happy to change my seats, I was given option to choose from any available seats and I got new seats. Whole experience was very pleasant and to top it up there were NO CHARGES for change of seats. Obviously I selected the new seats in the same price band.
The customer services advisors [Kat & Manny] were very polite, understood my issue and were able to provide a solution I was hoping for.
5* customer service and thanks to Kat & Manny.

Once transferred to the UK site instead of the USA one (!!!) then Kat was very helpful and sorted out the problem straight away - I can now log into the app and see my tickets THANK YOU !
