Purchased some standing tickets for Summer Ball 2026 in error as I was unaware minimum age was 12 years old. Immediately purchased seated tickets and after a brief email explaining the situation AXS have kindly authorised a refund of the original tickets. Thank you AXS

My browser had auto-filled an old email address that I no longer use while logging in. I thought I might have lost my tickets, but after submitting a support request and explaining the issue, the tickets showed up in the app within an hour. Big thanks to Lennon for the quick help!

Brought the ABBA voyage tickets, and was informed I had to download the AXS app to get the tickets.. Done that but that’s when the problems I came across occurred… I recorded an email informing me my tickets had been released and put into my accounts box in the app within a couple of hours. I checked this the following morning and this hasn’t happened.. but a long story short, I didn’t get my tickets delivered to the app, they put in a different email address to the one I’d given and I became worried, I couldn’t get any help through the online app so went to Google, searched the company name then managed to get human assistance by email, Lennon was excellent and sent through my tickets on email which if it wasn’t for him I believe my tickets would be lost in the system as the app was useless in trying to find out info

I had a website support ticket logged for 5 days with a login issue I was having. I updated the ticket myself every day with positive and negative progress I had made. Literally no reply from AXS at all. The chatbot was useless and simply referred me back to the FAQ all the time. No email address to contact, no phone number. In the end I finally managed to resolve it myself after about dozens of login attempts from different PCs and phones on different networks during 4 password reset attempts. Thanks for nothing AXS. If this problem had hit me a couple of days before my concert, I would have been unable to go. Luckily in my case it was a month time.
