Jada was very helpful and sent me the automatic transfer document right away. However, it is hard to work with the robot who answers the customer service calls, and when transferred, there is often a language barrier with help from other countries. I will still have to f/up to find out if the faxed form was received and/or my email with the document attached. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Adesh new account
Adesh was excellent, He help me with my new account which after going over the requirements was not going to work for me to much moving money around. I wanted simple and he suggested a simple saving account with a good interest rate. He opened my new account, and, in a few days, my new account should be opened and my money transferred. He was very patient work with me. I was going to close the account, but he helped me keep an account with Axos. Thank you Margaret Jungles

Bank takes forever to credit deposits
Bank takes forever to credit deposits. Customer service is horrible. Representative told me, “There are no supervisors or managers here. Someone will return your call in 24-48 hours.” When I asked if they were working from home or a call center I was told, “No, I am actually in the bank.” And yet nobody was available but him.
