Waste of Money and Time

Waste of Money and Time - Fraud System Alter with Axis Bank - They do fraud scammers Axis Private Limited

They Lien my account with 25K | They said it was a salary account, i was getting salary on monthly basis.

Rather Go with SBI | Kotak or Yes Bank

I am so furstrated, I earned 25K with efforts and pure hard work, but bull**** Axis team Said they cant return it and we have I had to close my account and still not got the money

I have account with this bank service…

I have account with this bank service of the branch i really disappointed
Inexperienced staff not good to treat customers even just I was the only one customer in branch goverment banks give better service than this bank i had complaint in grievance aswell but nothing results
No one try to understand the problem or don't wants to understand no one serious or sincerely involve to solve any problem

Won’t recommend to anyone

Won’t recommend to anyone, I have NRE account and when in India visited branch for reKYC, they won’t do it, asked me to email documents. After emailing no response. Worse app ever, warning to new customers, please walk away.

Worst service everytime

Worst service everytime. I raised complaint on 22 Oct still looking for resolution. Someone did 41,654 INR fruad with my credit card and they don't listen their customer's complaint and without customer cpnsent they always close the complaints. I asked them if someone did fruad with me then you should claim credit card fruad insurance but they are not talking about that and they are forcing to pay the bill. I would like to know why should I pay the bill. I did not use that amount and bank is giving harassment. If there will be minus rating surely I will give that....

All I wanted to do was talk to my RM and book a meeting to discuss a few things. There's no link I could find on Internet Banking page. The live chat keeps disconnecting every few seconds and was not helpful. The phone banking does not contain even a single option to talk to an advisor and it kept going on in circles pressing numbers.

Please can you make Internet and phone banking a little bit more helpful?

Worst mobile app

Citibank was worlds apart in terms of quality. After Axis bank took over, it’s been most disappointing. The mobile app is the worst.. all I remember using the app is the spinning wheel of death!!!

Worse banking experience

I visited the branch to make a simple cash deposit, but the entire process was a nightmare. Not only was there an inexplicable delay in processing the deposit, but no one at the counter could explain the reason behind it. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity for something that should have taken no more than a few minutes. On top of that, even the Operation Manager wasn’t responding or available to provide any clarification, leaving me feeling completely ignored. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this problem—every single visit seems to result in the same issues. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Worst service

Worst service, Today i called more than 5 times but Axis banj executive is completely busy is coming but not pickup the call, finally i visited the branch still i am getting very poor performance, i surprise even i talked to motinagar branch manager..worst services and very high charges so am planning to close Axis bank account
