A hands-on and caring recruitment experience
My recruiter gave me a thorough description of the job and the employer. I felt ready and prepared for the interviews. I also felt she really cared about having everyone satisfied and finding a sustainable match.
My only regret is that she had some holidays right in the middle of the process. My file got picked up quickly by a colleague. However, it is always more comfortable to continue working with the same person.

I had a good candidate experience overall, at some point, when requesting feedback after the interviews the responsiveness decreased, which is the one thing I did not appreciate.
