Disappointing Experience with Poor Management and Work Culture
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Compensation is not competitive, with no clear record of pay adjustments or bonuses, and management seems to believe employees are already overpaid. This mindset shows in how people are treated and valued.
The company relies heavily on interns for core work, which creates inefficiencies and constant rework, as full-time staff spend significant time mentoring instead of progressing projects. At the same time, workloads are excessive and deadlines often feel unrealistic, creating a stressful and unsustainable environment.
There is also high turnover at both junior and management levels, which leads to a lack of direction and consistency. Overall professionalism is lacking, and many deliverables feel rushed or improvised rather than properly developed.
Overall, it feels like a workplace that prioritizes short-term output over people and sustainable practices.
