I have dealt with heredity earwax since I was a kid. I can't stand when someone else (a doctor) puts something my ear to dislodge this mess. So I purchased this item and just received it in the mail. I've spent the last 45 minutes getting used to guiding it into my ear. I have to say I am blown away with how well this thing works. I have gotten some major wax buildup out of both ears. The camera and light work well. It takes a little bit of time to get used to maneuvering into the ear, but man, I am so stoked to have this as a tool to keep me healthy. 5 stars. Very satisfied customer.
Too Kind!!
They are certainly too kind! Our first Spade met an unfortunate accident after only having it for 2 months. We loved using it as did the kids...to an extent. When it broke, I tried to piece it together with no avail. Full disclosure, we were going to maybe tread into moral grey area and try to return it under the no questions, 60-day return policy. But we were 2-3 weeks out. So I gave sent them a correspondence and see what could be made of the situation and maybe pay an extra $60 for repair. After a brief exchange, they inform me they are going to send a new one! We greatly appreciate the service they offered us. We'll certainly be life long customers.

I am looking forward to receiving my Axel Glade this week. When I hadn’t received my product after about a week, I reached out to customer service to inquire. Within hours, I received an email (from a person, not a robot), apologizing for the delay and explaining why the product was late. I am very grateful that the customer service team responded to my email quickly and personally. They also were kind to offer a little discount for my delay, which I did not expect, but I am grateful for that generosity. I’m looking forward to using Axel Glade when it arrives. Thank you.

Delayed Shipment - Great Customer Service
I received a Sendle for a shipment, and over a week later the package still had not been picked up by USPS. I sent an email to inquire if this was expected or if something had delayed the shipment. Customer Service sent a very detailed email back and ensured to set things right. I am hoping to receive my Axel Glade soon! Thanks!

I followed up regarding my order because it had not arrived after 6 days. Ellen responded with a sincere apology and discount, explaining that one of the items was back ordered. Then, I asked if it can be shipped to a different address, which she immediately accommodated. Axel Glade was very prompt to addressing my concerns!
I love this product
I love this product! I use it everyday. It’s actually a lot of fun. And I can tell a huge difference in my ear health. It’s such a healthier way to clean the ears. And I’ve discovered what’s really going on in there haha. Thank you for this invention! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. They were able to fix my faulty ear spade after confirming the issue. They quickly shipped out a new one to me. I liked that they were responsive every step of the way.
Quick correction
I accidentally ordered 2 of their product and only meant to order 1. I emailed them about it and in less than a day I was refunded for the extra item. They were very quick to correct my mistake and I appreciate it!

I had an issue with a unit that stopped working as expected. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive. They provided a few sets of instructions to resolve the issue, and when that didn't work, they shipped a replacement unit right away. They turned an unfavorable experience around very quickly!
SCAM..STILL NO DELIVERY
Scam. Ordered over 5 days ago with expedited shipping and I keep getting excuse after excuse with no shipment or tacking number. Said they use USPS which is a cheap and extremely ineffective way to do business. Feel like I got scammed. Wish I never bought this.

I had a query about Spade and I have received incredibly good customer service! Any potential customer can remain to rest assured that the company will do everything to make sure the customer has the best experience! That includes quick communication and sometimes going over and above to customer asks.
Update: My last experience with customer service wasn't as good as the original experience so removing 1 star, still good service just not excellent.

I am so very pleased with the customer service I received which prompted me to write this review. Good customer service is essential when buying anything especially when you have a problem. The Spade worked perfectly and I got the help I needed. I have the utmost trust in Axel Glade having experienced such a positive experience.
Error with promo code upon checking out
When I went to place my order I was trying to add the promo code. When I entered it it did not apply when I checked out. I sent a FB message to the page and sent in an email looking for help. I was able to send my code and the promo was refunded. Excellent customer service!!
INCREDIBLE device!
The Spade is probably one of the best tech device investment I've ever made! It's so elegant and immensely useful! Got hooked onto it the minute I received it. And yes, I definitely did get 50% of my hearing back! :)
It's one of those devices that you realize you've been missing all your life when you see it! Life chnaging!
Also, big kudos to the customer support team! I live outside the US and had to pay significant international shipping to get this delivered. However, there were some issues with the customs fees and they were really great in sorting that out for me.
Totally worth paying shipping charges for the SPADE! :)

Ellen from the customer support team was very helpful and responded very quickly. I lost my metal screw piece that secures the ear pick. I thought I had to return or purchase a new ear cleaner. Ellen informed me that there is a 2nd metal screw piece in the accessories box. She was very professional and I highly recommend this product.
