Opportunities for improvement
I needed to make a change to our order. It took a while to get a complete response from AWO.
No hassles with previous two orders.
Points for improvement would be to look for more sustainable packaging. The foam inserts in the cardboard tubes could be substituted for a renewable material.

AWO shipped all our ingredients SO quickly I am absolutely gobsmacked. We will now ONLY be shopping from AWO and dropping our other suppliers due to the amazing discounts, free shipping over $200 and incredible professionalism packing and shipping our orders so quickly. So so impressed! I only wish they sold optiphen plus as it is the only ingredient they don't offer that we require.
