Refusing to help
I purchased some Olivem 1000 from this company and it didn't emulsify my creams. I've been using it for years without a problem so I called the company and the woman on the phone told me they are no longer stocking Olivem. I asked her why, and she danced around the question like a politician. I've had to get some expressed from another company to fill my Christmas orders. They are refusing to give me a refund, so it's over $80 own the drain. Pathetic customer service. Have found a new, much more honest supplier.
Edit. I have stored the product correctly, in a cool dark place. It's been a year since I bought it because I stocked up when I could. It seems they don't believe me when I tell them I stored it properly. And thanks for emailing me, saying you hope I've had a 'wonderful afternoon' A wonderful afternoon doesn't involve being ripped off and treated poorly by a company you have trusted with your business. Interesting also, that they'd send me a sarcastic email. They have so much to learn about real customer service

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your recent contact with our customer service team.
We have unfortunately been no longer able to source this product from our regular supplier. Whilst we have tried alternative suppliers, we have made a decision to no longer stock this product but have replaced it with a product called Natural Emulsifying Wax (PolyAquol 2W). This product has very similar properties as an all- naturally derived, Polyglycerol based self-emulsifier ideal for O/W emulsions.
We also note that you purchased the Olivem 1000 nearly 12 months ago. Whilst the product is still within its recommended re-test date, we are unable to confirm how it has been stored. We have also made suggestions on why your creams have not emulsified, and hope that whilst you advised you have used this ingredient within the same formulation with success in the past, we are confident in the ingredient we have supplied.

Essential oils
Order came very quickly, essential oils very great but the bush mint wasn’t very strong the others were great. The electric black round diffusers where you place oils in not that great burns very quickly tried to add a teaspoon of water but that wasn’t effective so not real happy with that. They have sent a return package if I want to send it back.
Even though the oils were great, I have brought better ones than this, but these ones were at a good price

Disappointing Customer Service.
I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. I bought some Sandalwood Oil and 6 spray bottles.
The Sandalwood has a very different aroma from my previous purchases ...they were unable to take a return as I had opened the bottle...and I do accept that...but I also made a mistake in the type of nozzle that I ordered for the spray bottles, and they are refusing to exchange them for the correct spray nozzles. This is aggressive customer service...and I would avoid using this company in future.

I have just started using your oils and…
I have just started using your oils and I am enjoying them. However, I feel a lot of cost is wasted in packaging. The extra cardboard cases are very attractive, but rather a waste of resources I feel. When we buy frequently we would prefer a slightly cheaper overall cost and see our lovely bottles wrapped in a little bubble wrap for safe postage.
