AWFUL BITTER ® 

This company is TRASH. This is honestly my in fault for falling into the social media BS. When on Instagram I never pay attention to the advertisement but in this case I fell into the rabbit hole. I ended up ordering 4 swimsuits and after two months of waiting I finally emailed their customer support and was given the same copy and pasted messages you all received as well. I then took it upon myself to to request a refund from their page and was asked "why do you want a refund?" Like are you F****** serious. Give me my money back. I then went ahead and forwarded the messages to spam @uce.gov as I advise all of you to do. This company deserves full legal action taken upon them for fraudulently taking our money.

I ordered 3 swimsuits from them, 2 of them came a month after I ordered and the 3rd one I have yet to receive. I have been in contact with their customer service department since JUNE, and they have made nothing but empty promises. At first they promised to make it right and send the swimsuit. They never did. Now they are promising a refund, which to date has not been processed. Whenever I ask they apologize for the delay and say they are “working on it”. This website will scam you for your money. 100% do not give a dime of your money to this company. Absolutely horrible.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a swimsuit in June. It is now August and I haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them multiple times about where it is, and eventually about a refund, and when I FINALLY got a response, they asked if a 20% refund was okay since they were having issues with their supplier?? I call BS. Save yourself time and money. Don’t order from here.

Ordered a swimsuit and still have yet to receive. I kept emailing them and asking when I would receive it and they kept saying they were having problems with "their courier service." Such BS. They shouldn't even be able to run this company if all they are going to do is spam people of their money. I've requested a refund, so hopefully they can get their act together so we can get our money back.

After ordering two swim suites (which I read the reviews on as always for online orders) it was been TWO MONTHS and nothing. I have exchanged e-mails with them and they say they are having "issues with the courier" *rolls eyes*. I finally sent an e-mail saying to cancel the order and that I want a refund.

This is fraud! Do not buy from this company! Still have not received my swimsuits and it has been almost three months now. Reached out to them multiple times and they continue to give me these bs excuses. Also i love how on their Instagram they have their comments disabled to were you can’t comment on anything!! Screw this company!!!!!!

After waiting for 2 MONTHS for my swimsuit and fighting with them via email i finally decided to request a refund.

This company does not even deserve one star. They are a SCAM. I ordered two suits back in May. After a month I got an email saying my packages have shipped and when I clicked on the tracking number they gave me it said the number did not exist! I emailed them and requested a refund. They emailed me back and said they were working with the post office to figure out where my package is. When I emailed them asking for updates they ignored my email. This company straight up steals people’s money. It’s absolutely disgusting.

If I could give 0 rating I would. They don't deserve any stars they are a scam. Just like the story shared i too am going through the same fight. I ordered in June as i too saw the 9.99 sale. I am leaving to go to Europe on vacation and after many emails back and forth asking why it's taking so long I finally said forget it and asked for my refund.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

I placed my order back on June 3rd ordering a total of 6 swimsuits. I saw that they had swimsuits for 9 bucks each and I had a girls trip to Miami along with a photoshoot to do while I was down their & I couldn’t pass up on this deal.

After 14 plus business days passed and I didn’t have my swimsuits and numerous emails back and forth regarding my order I was told that they made my order urgent and my items are with customs.

4-6 weeks go by and still no item. I gave this company ample amount of opportunities to rectify the situation before I reported it to my bank as scam.

However, they keep stating give it one more week your items will be there or here’s your tracking number that you already have along with it’s still with customs message.

I do a lot of online shopping and order from the UK all of them time and my items never take 2-4 weeks with customs and US Postal don’t take 2-4 weeks to ship a package.

I ended up reporting this to my bank and alerted them that this was scam it’s been outside of their 14 shipping item turnaround and my money was placed back into my account.

Once this was done I kindly sent over an email to Awful Bitter to let them know that I finally acted on what I told them I would be doing if my swimsuits were not delivered within the next week.

They completely seemed unbothered and stated your items are still with customs and we can’t cancel the order since it’s already left our facility. I told them tell customs to keep the product I’ve e already got my money back lol.

Ordered a swim suit 3 months ago for a bikini competition. Never got it. This company is a scam here to steal your money.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I ordered a bathing suit in May and didn’t receive it. I emailed them back and forth and then finally at the end of June I saw it was still not even shipped or processed. I told them to just cancel my order. Now it’s the last week of July and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I have emailed them back and forth and there’s nothing they can do. So I ordered a bathing suit before the summer even started and now I have no bathing suit and no money back. Never order from them!

Wow I truly wish I read this before I ordered. It took three weeks for my package come. They were terrible quality and poorly sized and I asked for a refund. Had to pay to ship them back and never received my refund. I have been waiting six weeks. I’ve sent numerous emails to them and have yet to receive a fulfilling response. They of course also turned off their Instagram comments.

I have had over 35 emails between them with the same excuses and offered a partial refund. I am done. I will be filing a lawsuit. This is beyond ridiculous. Fraudulent company. Its sickening.

I’ve been waiting since May 19th to get my 2 swim suits that I ordered and they’re still not here. I’m very unhappy and unsatisfied with everything. I’ve contacted the company for the last 2 months and I continue to get the run around about where my stuff is at and they refuse to give my money back. They keep telling me your Order/package is with custom and it's for inspection, once they release the item and transferred to USPS it will be active. It doesn’t take 3 months in customs to get stuff. This company is a fraud do not order from them!!!!!

Terrible quality suits. Mine fell apart right out of the bag (literally) and they will not return it.

I ordered on 6/30 and it's now 7/18. I have not heard one thing from this company. I didnt even get a confirmation email. This is definitely a scam! I am trying to get my $81 back but will probably be unsuccessful like everyone else.

They are true to their name!! If you decide to purchase from this website, you will be AWFULLY BITTER with this company.

Purchased size small bathing suits, and received a One Size Fit All swimsuit. Told them about the error, and was told to pay the shipping cost and I would receive a refund. 60+ days later, they have their product and I keep getting the run around on where my refund money is at.

It’s been over a month and keep getting the same response as everyone else.
