Excellent service

Awesome Travel and Tours is recommendable but just want to highlight that the travel agent has to make sure that the resort has made the necessary arrangement of the inclusions of the package so that there won’t be misunderstanding between the resort and the guests.

I recently booked a trio to Adhaaran from Awesome travels and i would say they are so flexible and as a travel guide their service was beyond my expectations 💜i will always choose awesome travels for my upcoming trips as its the most time saving and convenient way .

I booked through the agency a trip to Makunudhoo. They have the best local rates for resorts and were very swift in responses, shared all the details and checked on us a day before our trip too to ensure everything was going smoothly. We had a really good experience in total.

I had a good holiday at kandooma resort with my family , everything went just how i expected got on the nerve of our agent ms Haifa at the last min at night very late , for bed decoration haha but she made it possible in such a short period of time kudos to her, cant wait to book through her again ! The resort is very nice me and my family loved it . And i must say housekeeping service is excellent.

If I could give them zero star, I would.

I have had the worst experience with this travel agency. I paid my deposit (This was in March) and cancelled well in advance to be legible for refund.

It’s been a run around since then. Every time I follow up I’m told they will make payment. It’s been 4months and I’m still waiting.

Horrible customer service and they don’t keep to their word, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told payment (refund) is being made!

Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. Absolutely appalling service.

I recently visited Adaaran Rannalhi Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The Awesome travels agency made the entire process seamless—from booking to arrival and departure.
