Cannot thank Brooklyn enough for efforts in organising our holiday. He was excellent in his advise and his patience trying to get us a holiday for 4 adults with different expectations wasn’t easy but he persisted and finally came up with a holiday we were all happy with. Lack of customer care or no customer care.
Let me start by saying for quite a number of years I had excellent booking experiences.
So I have put 4 negative reviews and sent numerous emails as I have been told to do.
Last one was in December,
Guess what no replies or telephone calls.
So :
I am asking again
What telephone number do I use to speak to customer care,
Who do I ask for in customer care.
Who writes the replies to reviews as I would like to speak with you.
Don’t ask me again to submit my booking reference number as I have done this in the past and still no communication.
Have you actually got a customer care dept.
So direct phone number please for customer care not email address as I have emailed on numerous occasions with no reply,
