Impressed with the Service...

I have been a member at the Hatfield club for almost a year now, and this young guy named Lloyd assisted me with signing my contract. As a member, I’m impressed with his service and how well he engages with customers. He always greets you no matter where you meet—no attitude, just positive energy, and a professional approach. I was surprised that sales consultants at this gym handle after-sales interactions, which is great service.

Thanks to the staff and assistants at the Gateway health club for the outstanding job they did in upgrading the space with minimal disruption to members—especially Adam, who is always cheerful and accommodating. So wonderful to have the equipment back in place and the sleek floors!

I am very impressed with Aware Motion in Orlando. I signed up, but my membership card had some complications, and when I reported it, it was instantly resolved. I got a call from—I believe it was Chris or Joshua—two days later to confirm if my card issue was fixed. Well done team, you have exceptional staff!

No Results, No Accountability – Does Not Honor the 100% Money-Back Guarantee

I followed every step of Market Sprinter AB (dba HealthSprinter & DentalSprinter)’s marketing plan exactly as instructed, expecting the results they promised. Unfortunately, despite my full compliance, I never received a single viable lead from their efforts.

When I tried to claim the money-back guarantee they so confidently advertise, I was met with excuses and fine print that was never disclosed during the onboarding process. After jumping through every hoop they required, they simply pointed to undisclosed terms that I had never agreed to.

This company does not stand behind its promises, and their so-called guarantee is nothing more than a deceptive tactic to lure in customers. Avoid them at all costs unless you’re willing to pay for empty promises.

Don't Trust HealthSpriner

Sales team convinced us their experience could help us build on phase 2 of a successful product launch. However, after our initial deposit, communications stopped. Eventually, ads were prepared but were a weak cut-and-paste mess ignoring collateral material and brand message we gave them. When ROAS and CAC was a disaster, they asked for more time but did nothing but continue the same ads. ROI was seriously negative and we asked for our guaranteed refund. That was when we were given a run around and it got dodgy quick. In summary, HealthSprinter did not communicate well, did not perform their work well, and did not honor their business commitments. This is not a company to trust.

Total scam - avoid like the COVID plague!

We're an established fitness company with an existing suite of programs, and we were looking to grow beyond referrals by expanding our lead pool through Social Media. Despite offering an 'ROI guarantee' - we were to pay for just the ad spend if HealthSprinter's services didn't generate a break-even return - HealthSprinter utterly failed to deliver.

Lengthy delays in communication, generic marketing content that failed to convey our brand value, a clunky platform - in the end, we only got engagement on a single ad variant, and even then never led to any conversions. What's worse, we ended up doing a big chunk of the work ourselves anyway.

Avoid these guys like the plague!
