Just what I ordered. Fast delivery. Waited 6 years to find a company who shipped oversized blinds without extra fees.. love my new blinds.

When my window shade arrived (in record time), my husband mounted it to the wide window in my office loft. "Is this a custom shade?" he asked. I said yes, I had given the window measurements as the website directed. "It's a perfect fit," he said. The shade was up and operating within minutes and keeps the afternoon sun off my laptop screen. I couldn't be happier with the quality, the appearance, and the ease of operation. My next shade will come from AwardBlinds.com, for sure!

Excellent product and service. Everything delivered as stated on the website. Awardsblinds contacted me about a possible measurement error and I was able to correct it before they took my order to production. They are so experienced they caught my measuring error just from the sizes I submitted. I will use award blinds whenever I have a window treatment need.

Once I placed my order online, I received a phone call to verify the measurements before they sent my order to production. I'm glad they called because after speaking with the friendly customer service rep, I realized that I should change my measurements by an inch. So thankful they called, love the blinds! Lovely blinds, perfectly sized and awesome customer service

One of my blinds had a stain on it, they asked for a picture of the stain. They sent a e-mail back with the reorder of the damaged blind all in the same day. Wow amazing what a great company.

This is my first experience purchasing blinds "online" and I could not be happier. I had purchased one a month prior at my local hardware store and the product never fit correctly which is why I decided to give awardblinds.com a try. I measured my window with the guidance of the instructions and completed my order. Not only was the price better than my store bought brand, but when i received the product it was high quality, easy to install and best of all fit my window. Instructions for how to measure for Roman shades were easy to follow, and they fit perfectly. I'd shopped prices at Menard's, Home Depot and Lowe's as well as other online stores, and AwardBlinds were much more reasonably priced. I was a bit skeptical about the quality -- until they arrived. Excellent quality and wonderful price. I couldn't ask for more.

The online ordering experience was simple and straightforward. The description of the blinds was accurate. I followed the measurement directions exactly, and I have now received the perfect blinds for my needs. The blinds were shipped and received within the promised timeframe. This company knows how to please customers. Everything has been great. Very good selection. We purchased a variety of cellular blinds, low end and premium. Even the low end ones are well made and look great. And for questions and odd parts, Patrick is incredibly helpful - even with color selection over the phone. 5 stars. Recommended with no reservations.

I ordered a custom cut Signature Blackout Vinyl Roller Shade with a roller chain. The merchandise arrived excellently packed in a timely manner. I had a handyman install the shade. The only problem was there was not shade installation instructions included in the package, but we readily accessed those instructions through the website.

The shade exceeded my expectations in fit, looks and operation. I wanted to move the stop beads and contacted the company via email and they responded same day.
