Very short notice request for a compact speaker to play music outside onto patio for a family party, and also a water effect lighting unit. As usual excellent advice received and speaker was perfect for the job. Lighting feature was a nice point of interest onto a wall behind a food table. Quite fancied the automated confetti firing system I saw someone else pick up. Maybe next time. I highly recommend AV Xpert. They are friendly, give good advice, the equipment is quality and reasonable on price. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The technical knowledge and advice was spot on and Rosie made the whole process from initial enquiry to collection as easy and stress free as could be possible. My experience with AV Xpert and Rosie was fantastic start to finish. They were patient in sending me lots of different quotes to bring to my client, and happy to assist by giving their advice and suggestions. Rosie was kind enough to give a discount as my hire period was 5 days, and you usually have to pay more when hiring longer than 4 days. Pick up was straightforward and easy; everyone was super friendly and happy to help load up the van. Drop off was again smooth, friendly, and fast. I am now very happy to have a dependable hiring company to fall back on in the case of my equipment not working or when I need extra gear for big events.

Really helpful team. They went out of their way to assist me and even came and met me out of hours to ensure the AV for our event was setup and ready to go the day after.
The staff were really nice and polite and really helpful. Nick came to help me late in the evening and he was so kind working late to help me out. Gregg ran the event on the day and he was very knowledgable and really polite to the clients.
The equipment they use is high-end and perfect for event setups and the staff are really professional and they really are AV experts!

We have used AV Xpert for two conferences. They offer great value, great equipment and great staff. From booking with Lucija who is responsive and efficient through to their outstanding AV engineer Greg who is highly experienced and meticulous, therefore delivering an entirely smooth operation. Highly recommend!

AVxpert could not have been more helpful in designing, installing and manning our hire of an enterprising system to deliver and record two events in our church to celebrate the augmentation of our bell tower to a ring of six. They brought the normally muffled sound of the bells into the body of the church to combine with music written especially for that combination. And they produced excellent quality audio visual recordings without intrusion on the proceedings.

I booked one of the 'Party Packages' for my son's 21st birthday party and was really pleased. Superb, well maintained equipment provided at a reasonable price, and the demonstration of how it all fitted together was invaluable.

Fabulous Lighting Equipment!
AV Xpert provided us with some up-lighters for our student-run conference, and they made the stage look absolutely amazing! Our guests were so impressed with how professional our event looked, and these up-lighters certainly helped with that. The lights were dropped off to us and we were given a demonstration of how to use them upon arrival, which made the set up process incredibly easy. AV Xpert have a kind and helpful team who made this process super straightforward. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to give their event a classy and professional finish!

We had some problems setting up the equipment but resolved in 5 minutes over 24h customer service.

I recently rented speakers from AV expert for New Years Eve and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The quality of the speakers was top-notch and the service was great. The team was really understanding and patient when we forgot to return a cable, which was a relief. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend!

From the first call to the handover, AX Xpert were everything a rental company should aim for. They were very informative about what kit I would want and were very understanding of my needs. Helped me load and unload all the gear and my favourite part of working with them was always being able to talk to a real person. Couldn't recommend them more, they facilitated one of the most amazing parties I've ever been to.
